Our returns and exchange policy applies within 30 days from receipt of your order. If goods are returned after this time period we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges for bottles that are unopened.
We will refund the full value of any product(s) purchased, provided the below conditions are met:
If these conditions can be met please email email@example.com to arrange for the return of your products. In the subject line of this email please specify REFUND if you wish to receive a refund or EXCHANGE if you wish to exchange your order.
Please Note: unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of postage, and the cost of returning the product falls upon the customer.
We will notify you once your returned item has been received. At this time, provided we receive the returned items in an acceptable condition, we will notify you of approval of your refund.
We are only able to exchange products that are faulty or damaged. Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you and arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you at no extra cost.
